7 Summer Camp Tips

-Wear shoes everywhere. Do not go barefoot.
-Put orthotics in your shoes if you have them.
-Consider wearing flip flops to the beach if it is rocky.
-Have comfortable and supportive sneakers.
-Always wear socks with sneakers. If you don't wear socks you can get fungus and blisters.
-Bring flip flops for the shower.
-Always consider bringing an extra set of shoes in case yours get wet.
